Coronavirus Update - A Note To Our Customers
In light of the current situation that we are all facing at the moment, we wanted to let you know about the steps we are taking during these unprecedented times. Along with government daily developments and best practice, we are doing our utmost to continue to offer you service as normal.
At present, we can continue to deliver your OTTY products to you with minimal disruption or delay, however due to the unprecedented volume of orders, some of our items are on backorder. All the shipping dates are visible on the product pages and will be included pre and post purchase, on your confirmation email.
Our top priority will always be the health and safety of our customers and employees. We can assure you that we are also taking every necessary step to elevate our hygiene practices in our production centres and our warehouses.
Due to the health and safety procedures put in place by the couriers, most old mattress collections will have to be done from the front door only, meaning that you will need to bring your old mattress downstairs for our couriers to be able to collect it. We can offer old mattress collection from your bedroom if you are unable to take the mattress downstairs by yourself, but please let us know if this is the case, at the point of order, so we can put things in place to arrange this. The collection vehicle is often a different vehicle from the delivery vehicle, meaning that some old mattress collections will be done separately from the delivery of your new mattress.
We will continue to closely monitor the situation and are ready to make any changes required to protect you and our employees. You will of course be the first to know, if we need to make any adjustments.
